To meet the informatization construction needs of our training center, Titan Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. plans to conduct an open bid selection for the following equipment and invites qualified suppliers to participate.

1. Project Overview

Project Name: Training Center IT Equipment Procurement

Procurement Content: Computers, servers, network equipment, teaching terminals, etc.

Procurement Quantity: Please refer to the Bid Selection Requirement Document

Budget Amount: RMB 650,000; bids exceeding the budget are invalid

Delivery Location: Tian'an Cloud Valley (specific floor to be arranged by us)

Delivery Period: Delivery and installation within 45 days after contract signing

2. Supplier Requirements

Possess the capacity to independently bear civil liability and hold a valid business license;
Capable of equipment supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales service;
No major violations or serious credit breach records in the past three years;
Able to provide formal invoices and product quality and warranty certificates.

3. Bid Selection Arrangements

Deadline for document submission: 10:00, September 5, 2024; Submission method: email to pcrm@163.com.

Selection principle: comprehensive comparison of product parameters, brand quality, delivery cycle, after-sales service and quotation to select the best supplier.
