This project mainly provides IT on-site operation and maintenance services for the procuring entity. The service contents include but are not limited to:

1. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop terminals, office computers and peripherals;
2. Operation and maintenance of network equipment, network links and wireless networks;
3. Inspection and technical support for servers, computer rooms and related IT infrastructure;
4. Account permissions, office applications and user technical support;
5. IT equipment asset ledger management, fault records and compilation of operation and maintenance reports;
6. Other on-site operation and maintenance services agreed in the contract.

The specific scope of service and requirements are subject to the contract signed by both parties.
